Event Description

Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber are working with NatWest to bring to you a series of local networking events, which will open up your list of contact by networking with your fellow attendees.

David J Tate, BSc MRICS, Principal of Copelands Chartered Surveyors will be giving a talk on how property values have been affected locally in the current economic climate being at the coal face carrying out valuations and auctioneering of various properties. This talk will be of great benefit for those wishing to take full advantage of the current market and acquire property for mid to long term financial gain. It will be complemented by Steve Smith, Property Finance Manager, at the NatWest on how to see these opportunities from inception through to completion.

The cost of attending this lunch will be £20.00 + VAT per person.
