Heather Wheeler - the new MP for South Derbyshire - has agreed to meet Chamber members informally over breakfast for a round-table discussion on the current state of trading.
The impact of the measures stemming from emergency Budget - and its effect on localised economic development of her constituency - will be examined, and delegates are encouraged to raise any pressing issues regarding local operating conditions for their company.
This meeting allows DNCC to keep abreast of the matters that concern you most, and provides an opportunity to influence. For this reason, the Chamber's Chief Executive and its Policy Manager will also be present so they can determine any lobbying priorities on behalf of its membership.
The breakfast is free, and is being held on Friday 17th December between 08:00 to 9:30am; there will also be time to network at close of business.
