Day 2 - Communication Skills - Monday 21st November 2011

  • Verbal and non-vebal communication
  • Team briefing skills
  • Communications assessment

Day 3 - Managing People - Monday 5th December 2011

  • Overview of current legislation relevant to team leaders including duty of care, disipline, grievance and diversity
  • Clarifying roles and expectations
  • Giving and recieving feedback
  • Appraising others
  • Reflective Review tutorial

Day 4 - Leading and Motivating the Team - Monday 19th December 2011
