Support For Young Businesses

Young Businesses, whether starting from scratch or in their early stages of development, face a host of legal rules and regulations. 

hlw's Young Business Team has been set up to help these young businesses through this legal minefield.

The Team's primary motivation is not (if you can believe this of solicitors!) to bill as much as possible but to build a long term relationship with Young Businesses with potential and to this end:-

  • Anyone interested in using this service is welcome to come along for a free initial meeting.
  • New clients will receive:
  • a range of free guides on legal issues facing Young Businesses;
  • regular bite size updates by e-mail on legal developments; and
  • invitations to free hlw seminars on current legal topics.
  • Clients will be encouraged to "pick up the phone" on any query they may have without fear of "the clock starting".
  • To assist with client's budgeting, we have developed a Fixed Price List for some of the legal services which Young Businesses are likely to require.
