European Community Certificates of Origin

European Community Certificates of OriginEuropean Community (EC) Certificates of Origin are used as documentary evidence as to where goods being exported from the EU were originally sourced or where the goods went through their last substantial process/es. They can be required for political reasons, preference or payment procedures. 

Certificates can be certified at both the Chesterfield and Nottingham office and a while you wait service is available at both offices. We can also authenticate the signature on invoices and other documents providing we have an original signature of an authorised signatory from your company.

In order for us to certify Certificates of Origin and invoices, a formal undertaking is required. A Formal Undertaking, which we supply, must be completed and signed by either a Director, Company Secretary or Partner, Proprietor or person duly authorised to act on behalf of the Company and is a list of all company signatories authorised to sign documents on behalf of your company.
