Arab Certificates of Origin

Arab-British certificates are required for exports to countries in the Arab League of Nations. This includes: Algeria, Bahrain, Iraq, Djibouti, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somali Democratic Republic, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen Arab Republic.
Arab-British certificates are only processed at the Nottingham office of the chamber.  Documents need to be sent there with original invoices. 

Please ensure that both of the green and blue copies are signed. Also include:
three extra copies for any document requiring legalization, evidence of origin if goods manufactured outside the United Kingdom. The ‘originals' must be signed.

They will be sent to the Arab-British for certification and then sent through to the relevant embassy for legalisation when required. 

Documents will take 3 to 4 days for certification only, and 7 to 9 days for legalisation at the relevant embassy. Libya may take up to 3 weeks.
