Tapton Park Innovation CentreThe Chesterfield Innovation Centres at Tapton Park and Dunston were built by Chesterfield Borough Council to provide modern high specification workspace and in-house support services to attract new innovative businesses to the Chesterfield area. The leases have "easy in/easy out" terms to encourage take-up and to allow businesses to adjust quickly to their changing accommodation requirements as they develop.

Both centres incorporate superb conference facilities that are available to both Centre tenants and to outside organisations. They are suitable for accommodating events with up to 70 or more delegates and are fully equipped. Refreshments and buffet meals can be arranged as required.

Dunston Innovation CentreThe centres offer a full range of office support services and are actively supported by the Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce and Business Link East Midlands. In addition they are members of the European Business Network, recognised through the European Business & Innovation Centre (BIC) status with contacts with over 170 similar centres throughout Europe. The EBN activity is also based in the Derbyshire Chamber. The Innovation Support Programme provides a Innovation Counsellor for the area who is based in Tapton Park Innovation Centre.

European Community Business & Innovation CentreThere is usually space in the Rent-A-Desk facilities and units continuously become available as established businesses move on to their own premises.
