JOIN US AT THE DNCC'S PRESTIGIOUS ANNUAL DINNER 2012

The Chamber's Annual Dinner is an occasion where the most influential businesses gather.  The occasion promises not only to be an evening of good food and entertainment, but the opportunity to network and make numerous new business contacts. This event attracts in excess of 450 guests from across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire to enjoy a fabulous 4 course meal and complimentary wine.

This year's speaker is Kate Adie OBE. Kate presents From Our Own Correspondent on Radio 4. She became a household name as Chief News Reporter at the BBC, covering the Gulf War, the demise of the Soviet Union, the protests in Beijing's Tiananmen Square and NATO's campaign in Kosovo.

Kate has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in broadcast journalism, starting out as a local radio technician before becoming a household name on the national TV news, reporting from war zones across the world. As well as winning a host of awards, including the Royal Television Society Journalism Award, the Monte Carlo International Golden Nymph and the Richard Dimbleby Award from BAFTA, she has written and published three books, her autobiography The Kindness of Strangers, Corsets to Camouflage and Nobody's Child.

 2012 will also see the return of the Business Runway, a concourse of exhibition stands on route to the main room. This offers the opportunity to raise your business profile and generate new business at one of the most prestigious events of the year. The Business Runway costs from as little as £199+VAT to include a 6ft exhibition space and 2 tickets to the dinner.

The event will begin with a drinks reception at 7.00pm and end at approximately 11pm. Individual tickets are available at £65.00 + VAT, alternatively tables of 10 are £650 + VAT and includes 2 bottles of wine.
