Apprenticeships are designed to help you gain the specific knowledge, experience and skills to do the job you want. By doing an apprenticeship you can still earn money and build up your skills and experience in your chosen career whilst working towards recognised qualifications.

Entry to Employment e2e

This exciting programme helps 16 to 18-year-olds make better decisions about what work they want to do and improves their employability by improving basic skills such as reading writing and numeracy, and helping towards vocational qualifications such as health and safety and manual handling.

Whilst on the E2E programme you will be paid an allowance. You will also get help with travel and even bonus payments for reaching the goals you are set.

Other Youth Programmes include:

  • The 39 Steps - under 16, undertaken with schools.
  • Extended Work Experience - under 16, undertaken with schools.
  • 14 - 16 Increased Flexibility Programme - under 16, undertaken with schools.
