Orchid IT, the Midlands' leading provider of IT support and services, has cemented its move into Nottingham after signing an exclusive contract with Nottingham Forest FC.
The firm will be supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure at the City Ground to ensure that it continues to run as smoothly as possible. This includes remote support of the Club's IT systems, supply of hardware and support on any new IT projects.
Orchid, which already sponsors the Nottingham Panthers, has also become a sponsor of the Championship club, in a deal which will see the distinctive Orchid logo emblazoned at the entrance to the City Ground and around the perimeter of the ground.
Commenting on the new contract, Orchid's managing director Brett Critchley, a life long Nottingham Forest fan, said:
"I'm delighted to be working with the team at Nottingham Forest and we look forward to ensuring that the Club runs as smoothly off the field as it does on it!
"Our previous experience in the football sector will enable us to provide the Club with the equipment and infrastructure that they need, both now and in the future."
Commenting on the contract, Brandon Furse, operations manager at Nottingham Forest said:
"I'm very pleased to be working with Orchid; they have an excellent reputation and I know that our IT systems will be in safe hands. I'm looking forward to a long and successful partnership with the team."
