Increasingly in business how we communicate is almost as important as what we communicate.

"One thing I have learnt in business. Most successful business leaders are nice. Otherwise people wouldn't follow them." Mike Southon, Beermat Entrepreneur.

But this training is not about making you nice. It is about helping you make your personality work for your business. To use a sporting analogy: David Beckham can't tackle, he's slow and one footed, but he happens to be the most capped England outfield player ever. Why? Because he worked on his strengths. And... he knew what they were.

In comedy and entertainment this is also true. The three most successful TV presenters: Jonathan Ross, Graham Norton and Anne Robinson. What do they have in common? Not a lot. Our differences are our strengths.

But there are certain techniques and tools that delegates will take from this training and be confident using outside the training.

  • Creating rapport with both clients and staff
  • Communicating confidently under stress
  • Active listening skills
  • Presenting under stress
  • Communicating in the moment
  • Networking and building instant rapport
  • Confident communication. Showing your best self.
