He has travelled extensively throughout the world as an export sales manager, was Press Officer for a major metropolitan local authority, managed the PR for a number of major commercial brands and has sold everything from advertising space to computer games. His training courses are always lively and never boring. This could be because he places great emphasis on sharing and adopting new ideas without the use of embarrassing role-playing.
