The Newark RoomSituated close to Nottingham City Centre, with excellent transport links and free on-site car parking, our 4 meeting rooms offer the ideal choice for all your conference needs. A dedicated meeting co-ordinator on site to meet and greet  your delegates at reception ensuring your meeting runs smoothly.

Our aim is to provide a personal and professional service that accommodates all your requirements at a rate to suit your budget.

With the option to hire for a half-day or full day the Newark Room can accomodate up to 24 delegates Boardroom style and 35 delegates Theatre style.  Great for training, seminars, presentations, and meetings. and accompanying the room is a break out area, which can used for the provision of a buffet and/or refreshments.

Air conditioned with large windows that allows plenty of natural daylight.

Room hire includes the use of a projector and screen, flipchart, laptop and internet access.
